Overview
IBEE stake pool was set up on Epoch 245 by Matt and Jake, who are crypto enthusiasts and mission driven to make the world a better place.
The pool currently has 14 delegators with an active stake of 84.4k, and a 15k Ada pledge. It currently charges 0% fees and has minted 4 lifetime blocks.

Why them?
Bees have always been a huge contributor to our natural ecosystem, from being a primary pollinator to honey production. Everyone grew up knowing that bees are one of the most hardworking insect species around. But, they have been dying at an unprecedented rate. No doubt due to climate change, deforestation, chemicals, parasites.
At Huat, we look out for other mission-driven pools with good causes. Every SPO (especially the pioneers) start out with a base layer of technical knowledge, but what really makes this community stands out are its people, willing to go the extra length to make the world a better place.
IBEE is such a SPO, and they donate 20% of their pool profits every quarterly to the World Bee Project and The Bee Conservancy. Both charities are dedicated to the support, connection and amplification of new technologies and scientific research to improve the health and wellbeing of bees and other pollinators. This will in turn play a significant role in helping to mitigate the threats to food security and biodiversity and create predictive models to ameliorate potential future stresses.
